It’s that time of the year again where men all over the world are ditching their razors for the month of November to raise awareness and money for the charity Movember.
The Movember movement has created a global community and is the leading charity changing the face of men’s health. Mental health and suicide prevention, prostate and testicular cancer are all very real and effect our fathers, partners, brothers and friends. Over the past 19yrs Movember have funded over 1250 projects in over 20 countries and continue to raise awareness and keep the conversations going whilst transforming the way local health services reach and support men.
So how can you support Movember this year? Well if you’re not already growing a Mo you can definitely sponsor a Big Prawn Co Bro who is. We’ve got a brilliant team of growth-focused guys participating this year; Will, Phil, Toby, Tom, Rich, Blyth, Jonathan and Dean. You’ve probably already noticed the sprouting up of moustaches throughout the office and today marks the day when they are officially halfway hair. Luckily, this means there’s still plenty of time to challenge the crafting of a bespoke style for a sizeable donation to add to the £200 target they’ve met. So what will it be? Last year’s favourites were The Chevron, Handlebar or Pencil, however the Walrus, Horseshoe or El Bandito would make for a fun finish. All requests considered!
