Thai Prawn Salad

This Thai Prawn salad is zesty and fresh. It’s an ideal choice for a lunch or light dinner with powerful East Asian flavours.


  • Mix together the fish sauce, sugar, lime juice, garlic, and ginger to make the salad dressing.
  • Place the noodles in a bowl of hot water and cover. Leave for 5-8 minutes.
  • In a shallow dish, combine the noodles with the cucumber and prawns. Add the dressing and mix well.
  • Serve with the chopped peanuts, basil, and coriander.
