As a Marine Stewardship Council certified sustainable seafood business, it’s a topic which is vital to us all year round, so this week is a great opportunity for us to celebrate the importance of sustainability and the innovation it is driving in our industry.
The principles of sustainability are fundamental to our People, Planet, Prawns agenda. Sustainable seafood practices are vital environmentally, but also for the health of the species we source and the communities we work with.
We’re looking forward to sharing more updates about some of the exciting work we’re doing to drive our sustainability in seafood priorities forward. We’ll also be joining in with a few of the tasty-looking live cooking classes that MSC are running throughout the week.
