This tasty seafood dinner for one is hearty and warming. It’s surprisingly easy to make.
- Bring the water and miso paste to a boil in a sauce pan
- Add the noodle and simmer for 3 minutes
- Add the ginger, chilli, seaweed, edamame beans, and prawns. Simmer for 2 minutes
- Add the pak choi, sesame oil
- Serve with spring onion, sesame seeds, and soy sauce to taste
