King Prawn & Seaweed Ramen

This tasty seafood dinner for one is hearty and warming. It’s surprisingly easy to make.


  • Bring the water and miso paste to a boil in a sauce pan
  • Add the noodle and simmer for 3 minutes
  • Add the ginger, chilli, seaweed, edamame beans, and prawns. Simmer for 2 minutes
  • Add the pak choi, sesame oil
  • , and egg and simmer for 1 minutes

  • Serve with spring onion, sesame seeds, and soy sauce to taste
